Hold the date fee (HTD)
- Hold the date fee is $100 non refundable fee and is required within 48 hours of receiving the contract or invoice.
- If your event is scheduled less than thirty (30) business days, FULL PAYMENT is required within 48 hours of receiving the contract or invoice.

Tasting
Tastings are welcome for a minimum of 4 people. Each guest will be charged $75 for tasting consisting of the following:
- Two choices of meat
- Two sides
- Two vegetables
- Two salads

Servers are recommended for parties over 40 guest but not required.
Servers are $25 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours and a minimum of 2 servers,
Note: We will provide service for up to four (4) hours; additional time will be charged at $50.00/ hourly rate.
Example: Servers arrive 1.5 hours before event to set up
